BD Launches Robotics-Ready Reagent Kits to Revolutionize Single-Cell Discovery

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) has introduced automation-ready, robotics-compatible reagent kits aimed at improving efficiency in single-cell discovery studies. These high-throughput kits, developed in collaboration with Hamilton, are designed to standardize and streamline genetic material analysis, reducing the need for manual intervention.

The solution integrates BD's OMICS-One XT WTA Assay with Hamilton's widely used Microlab NGS STAR automated liquid-handling platform, allowing seamless incorporation into existing genomics workflows. This advancement promises to minimize variability, enhance reproducibility, and accelerate research in fields like oncology and immunology.
