GE HealthCare has unveiled new clinical applications for its OEC 3D mobile CBCT C-arm portfolio, enhancing imaging precision for complex pulmonary and thoracic procedures. These advancements, including augmented fluoroscopy overlays and motorized 3D scans, address challenges like CT-to-body divergence caused by respiratory patterns and patient positioning.

The OEC 3D system offers both 2D and 3D imaging, now integrated with the Intuitive Ion robotic bronchoscopy system for seamless navigation in minimally invasive procedures. Verified with eight third-party platforms, the OEC ecosystem remains a leader in robotics, navigation, and augmented reality support for interventional and surgical care.
